 Property Tycoon was the brain child of Brad Brown, who currently presents week end breakfast on 94.7 Highveld Stereo. Brad has been a radio DJ for the last 10 years and is really passionate about radio and is still actively pursuing his broadcasting career. In saying that he to realised that being on radio was very much like being a professional sportsman. "Your time at the top is extremely limited and one needs to either make as much money as you can while you are there and invest it wisely or use the platform to set yourself up in a business that will continue after your career has ended" says Brad. That is exactly what he has done. Brad started investing in property in 2000 and has since built a sizeable personal portfolio but now finds great pleasure in helping others do the same.
